Next.js + Tailwind: 2021 Houseasy site at the moment of the Primo Rico–backed round

Houseasy

Houseasy — a Curitiba startup focused on residential IoT — needed a modern product site as the brand scaled after a R$640k round led with Thiago Nigro (Primo Rico) and Bossanova Investimentos. In 2021 we shipped a Next.js + Tailwind front: clear automation narrative, store path, and a stack fit for a post-funding growth phase.

Context

Per Startupi coverage, Houseasy raised R$640k from Thiago Nigro and Bossanova Investimentos (João Kepler), joining earlier investors as the company pushed Linha Easy and scale plans. The digital surface had to match that moment: accessible home automation, app-led routines, and a credible path to buy — not a generic brochure for a hardware startup.

Challenge

  • Position residential IoT / Linha Easy for a consumer audience without sounding like enterprise industrial tech
  • Ship a real Next.js + Tailwind site — product story, automation benefits, store CTA
  • Match a post-funding growth narrative (scale, product line, app-first routines)
  • Delivery in 2021: maintainable front the team could evolve after launch

What we shipped
