The controller of personal data processed through this site and the commercial channels below is PIXELIZE AGÊNCIA DIGITAL, Brazilian CNPJ 37.408.872/0001-01 (brand Pixelize). Privacy / data-subject requests: contato@pixelize.com.br (subject “Privacy / LGPD”).
There is no publicly named DPO at this time; the commercial/ops team handles privacy requests via the email above.
2. What we collect
Contact and lead forms: name, company (optional), email, phone/WhatsApp, service of interest, message, budget range and how you found us (when provided).
WhatsApp: data you send in the chat after we open WhatsApp with a composed message (including the number used in the app).
Site usage (with analytics cookie consent): pages viewed, interaction events, technical identifiers and campaign attribution (UTMs, referrers) via PostHog and Google Tag Manager.
Necessary technical data: locale preference, cookie choice (localStorage), and basic infrastructure logs (Cloudflare) for security and site operation.
3. Why we use it
Respond to commercial requests, prepare proposals and provide support.
Run the site securely and reliably (necessary cookies/technologies).
With consent: measure audience, funnels and page performance (analytics) and, if applicable, campaigns (marketing via GTM).
Comply with legal obligations and exercise rights in proceedings.
4. Legal bases (LGPD)
Pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest for lead handling and site security, balanced against reasonable expectations.
Consent for non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing).

6. Who we share with
Resend — transactional email for lead notifications (/api/lead).
Cloudflare — site hosting/edge and protection.
PostHog — product/site analytics (only with analytics consent).
Google Tag Manager / Google — measurement tags and, if configured, marketing (only with consent).
WhatsApp / Meta — when you continue the conversation in WhatsApp; Meta/WhatsApp policies apply to the app.
We do not sell contact lists. Vendors act as processors or platforms under their own policies, limited to the purpose.
7. Retention
Lead and commercial communication data: for as long as needed for the relationship and legal/accounting duties, or until deletion is requested when applicable.
Cookie choice (localStorage): until you clear browser data or change the preference.
Analytics: per tool configuration and your consent; if you reject, we do not initialize those scripts.
8. Your rights (LGPD)
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent — via section 1.
You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s ANPD. We will respond within legal timeframes and may ask for identity confirmation.
9. Security and transfers
We apply reasonable security measures (HTTPS, access control to tools, reputable providers). No system is risk-free.
Some providers may process data outside Brazil; we seek LGPD-compatible safeguards (contractual and vendor controls).
10. Minors
The site and commercial channels are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you learn of improper collection, contact us for deletion.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The date at the top reflects the current version. For material cookie changes, we will ask for new consent when required.
