Next.js + React: 2020 revamp of Marfrig’s corporate website
Marfrig
Marfrig — a major LatAm beef/protein player, publicly traded — needed a corporate site that could carry institutional narrative, investor-facing paths, and sustainability at scale. In 2020 we shipped a functional Next.js + React rebuild: modern stack, maintainable front.
2020 corporate site shipped on Next.js + React — institutional, IR-ready structure, production-ready delivery.

Context
Marfrig operates at corporate and capital-markets scale: brand story, operations footprint, sustainability commitments, and routes into investor relations. The previous site needed a modern web stack — not a brochure CMS theme — so product, content, and performance could evolve without fighting the frontend.
Challenge
- Ship a real Next.js + React app for a listed food/protein company — not a static mock
- Corporate structure: institutional story, operations/brands, sustainability, path to IR
- Performance and DX fit for a long-lived corporate property
- Delivery in 2020: functional cutover, maintainable codebase
What we shipped
Full Next.js + React frontend for the Marfrig corporate site: hero-led institutional homepage, sectioned corporate navigation, content templates for company/sustainability narratives, and a stack the team could own after launch. Focus: ship production software — not slideware.
